Free UK mainland delivery
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all furniture orders. Delivery is to your room of choice (ground floor or as agreed at booking).
Delivery areas
- UK mainland: Free delivery included.
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.
- International: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times
Most in-stock furniture is delivered within 7–14 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or high-demand items may take 14–21 working days. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
How delivery works
- Place your order online and receive an order confirmation email.
- Our team contacts you within 1–2 working days to confirm delivery details.
- On the agreed date, our delivery team brings your furniture to your room of choice.
- Please inspect items on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
Delivery charges
Standard UK mainland delivery is free. Additional charges may apply for non-mainland UK addresses, stair carry above the first floor (quoted in advance), or re-delivery due to failed access or incorrect address details.
Failed delivery & storage
If we cannot complete delivery because no one is available, access is restricted, or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.
