2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration; slight colour or finish variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
3. Orders & contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline orders (e.g. stock unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud).
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed but we will keep you informed of any delays.
6. Returns & refunds

7. Product guarantee
Selected products include a structural frame guarantee as stated on the product page. This covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
